Summary

The FFS Quarter in Review product will provide FFS donor countries a snapshot of the successes of the Facility during the reporting period. The Quarter in Review will report the key results of the Funding Facility through providing the most up to date data for the FFS Results Framework indicators. A full narrative report on quarterly progress will still be provided as normal through the FFS Quarterly Reports.

The rapid speed of implementation continued for the Facility in Quarter One of 2019. By the end of the reporting period, 1,668 immediate stabilization infrastructure projects had been completed, an increase of 200 projects since the end of 2018. Progress was also made in the housing sector, where 18,122 individual housing units were rehabilitated by the end of the quarter, and in the livelihoods sector, where 29,567 individuals had been engaged in cash-generating job opportunities by the end of the reporting period.

Finally, by the end of February 2019, 4,211,982 people had returned to their area of origin and 1,744,980 remained displaced.
